2008 Walla Walla Valley Malbec:
A Tempus Cellars first, our smallest bottling yet and not to be available for too long! This Bordeaux varietal grabbed the spotlight with many Argentinean bottlings. Seeming to be the next big grape in Washington, we had to bottle some all by itself. Sourced from Spofford Station Vineyard on the Washington side of border with Oregon here in Walla Walla, this wine is intense! Lush red fruits are supported by violet notes and savory spices. This Malbec has enough structure to build a home on. 1 hour in the decanter will help greatly in the enjoyment of this wine.

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon:
This wine begins with classic Cabernet aromas—blackberries, cassis, ripe plum—with an undercurrent of sweet herbs and anise. On the palette, the wine is strong, but not overwhelming. Two vineyard sources—each contributing their own trademark characteristics—while perfectly complimenting each other. A dollop of Merlot (just 14% of the blend) releases hints of muddled tarragon, rosemary and thyme.
